Step 5: Press the OK button again to select “OK”. The phone will reboot and perform a factory reset.
RESTORE TO FACTORY DEFAULT SETTINGS VIA THE WEB INTERFACE
Step 1: Login to the system configuration page through a web browser and select “Maintenance”. From the
menu on the left, select “Upgrade and Provisioning”. This will bring up the upgrade and provisioning page
as shown in the figure below.
