FACTORYRESET
RESTORE TO FACTORY DEFAULT VIA LCD MENU
Warning:
Restoring the Factory Default Settings will delete all configuration information on the phone.Please backup
or print all the settings before you restore to the factory default settings. Grandstream is not responsible for
restoring lost parameters and cannot connect your device to your VoIP service provider.
There are two methods to restore the GXV3240D to the factory default settings.
1. On GXV3240D idle screen, press MENU button and tap on System settings. Or go to
onscreen MENU->Settings.
2. Tap onAdvanced Settings->Factory Reset, the following figure will show.

3. Tap on Factory Reset, a confirmation message will show. Select "Clear the SD Card" if you would like
to delete all the picture, videos and other files from the SD card storage on the GXV3240D.
