The GXV3674_HD/FHD_VFcouldbeinstalledinareas thatarenoteasy toaccess. Forexample,it
couldbeinstalledontheroofof abuildingorthe ceilingofanoffice. Thismakesit difficultto
reinstallthedevice,thereforethe“Restore” functionwillnotcleartheIP address.
15.Why can’t thelivevideo streambeviewedusing amobile phoneorGSurf_Pro
afterchangingthe HTTPPortofthedevice?
MakesurethattheRTSP portofthedeviceissetto2000plustheHTTP Portnumber.For
example,iftheHTTP portis88,thentheRTSP portofthedevicethatyouconfiguredon GSurf_Pro or
mobile phone should be2088.
16.Port forwarding
Twoportsmustbe forwardedonyourroutertowatchvideofromaGXV3674_HD/FHD_VFthatis
locatedona privatenetworkfromaPCina publicnetwork. Thewebport(HTTP)and the
RTSPport.PleasemakenotethattheRTSPportnumberchangesaccordingtothewebport. Ifthe
webportis80,thenthe RTSP portis554.Ifthe webportisnot80,thenthe RTSP port
equalsthewebport+2000. Forexample,ifthewebportis88,thentheRTSPportwillbe 2088.
