LIFETIME WARRANTY

Graniterock" warrants that, for the original purchaser's entire lifetime, the GraniterockT" Cookware

won't have defects in material and workmanship if used only for regular household purposes. If the

Graniterock" Cookware is found defective during this time, we will replace or repair the

Graniterock" Cookware at our option.

To obtain the replacement or repair, send the product, your name, address, phone number, the

nature of the issue with your Graniterock" Cookware, and $9.95 for Processing & Handling (by

check or money order) to EMSON®, 230 5th Avenue, Suite 800, New York, NY 10001. You may

direct questions to the EMSON® Customer Service Department toll free number 800-423-4248.

When you ship your product to us, make sure you can track your shipment and insurance, as we are

not responsible for, and the Lifetime Warranty does not apply to, items lost or damaged in transit.

This warranty does not cover or apply to damage to Graniterock''" Lookware Thai is

misuse, abuse, and heating beyond temperatures specified in the Graniterock" Cookware instruc-

tions, scratches or damages that is merely cosmetic or minor in that it does not significantly affect

the performance of the Graniterock" Cookware. In addition, the Lifetime Warranty expressly

excludes incidental and consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.
