TYPICAL CLASSIC/CHALLENGER
WHEEL INSTALLATION
1. Point wheels straight ahead.
2. Remove wheel center. This is normally done by one
or more of the following steps:
a) Press down on center and turn.
b) Remove center from its snapped-in condition by
grasping it and pulling toward you or pry loose.
c) Center may be secured by screws which are
concealed in rear side of wheel spokes.
3. Loosen nut or bolt which holds wheel to shaft by 2
turns.
4. Grab wheel firmly and pull up rocking side to side
toward you until wheel breaks free. Remove nut or
bolt and mark shaft so that you know where the top
of the shaft (straight ahead) position is.
5. You can preassemble the wheel to the hub with the
3 bolts provided. Pass the bolts thru the snap plate
wheel spoke and into the hub. Tighten these
bolts to 10-12 ft/lbs DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
6. Slide the entire wheel/hub assembly onto the shaft
noting that the top of the wheel is aligned with
the mark you made in step 4. Install the original
wheel nut or bolt and tighten securely to 25-30
ft/lbs.
7. Install metal horn button (center cover) by pressing it
onto the snap plate. Make sure dimples of button
securely lock onto snap plate.

WHEEL INSTALLATION
Follow steps 1 through 6 from the Classic/Challenger
installation instructions on left.
There is no operable horn in the steering wheel as there
are no provisions for this function made by the vehicle
manufacturer. Therefore we supply a plastic center cap
to dress up the wheel and cover the opening to the shaft
nut.
If you are using one of our automotive wheels that came
with a real horn button, you can certainly use it if you like
although it will not function. If you want to use this
button simply transfer the original retainer ring or the
billet housing used on some models to hold the button in
the wheel.

Our Limited Warranty
We warrant this product for ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship. If, during this period, the product fails under
normal usage because of a manufacturing defect, then we will replace or repair the item.
To obtain repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty, notify us at 615 Elca
Lane, Suite C, Brownsville, TX 75821. Proof of purchase and date of purchase are
required to validate warranty.
All implied warranties, including warranty of merchantability, are limited to this same
ninety-day period from date of original purchase. We are not liable for any direct or
consequential loss or property damage arising from any use of this product. This
warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state. Offer good in U.S.A. and Canada only.
