Return Policy / General Warranty
RETURNS:
In the event you are dissatisfied with any products, please call 218-943-6290 to discuss return options.
Returns are handled on a case by case basis, and are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. All returns require
prior authorization and/or an RGA (return goods authorization) number.
GENERAL WARRANTY:
Warranty to the original consumer purchaser with receipt from time of purchase: Our products shall be
free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
At our discretion, we will repair or replace parts determined to be defective due to materials or
workmanship, subject to the following limitations:
A. Commercial use. These products are not intended in any way for commercial use, and this warranty
becomes null and void for any commercial applications.
B. This warranty applies only to products that have been properly assembled, adjusted, and operated
according to the owner’s manual (instructions or assembly) included with the product. This warranty
does not apply to any products that have been altered, misused, abused, improperly assembled or
installed, damaged from shipping, or normal wear of the product.
C. Normal wear and tear (adjustments and normal maintenance), or generally considered wear items
are not covered by this warranty.
BAC Industries and/or any of its affiliates will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injury due to
the misapplication or misuse of any product on this web-site, or for any other reason. When using any of
our products, ALWAYS wear ANSI approved safety glasses, protective clothing, and proper hand and foot
protection at all times. ALWAYS keep all people, pets or animals clear from any work area.
