1. Inspect ramp periodically for damage, loose fasteners, loose hinges, and corrosion.
DO NOT use the ramp if the ramp is damaged in any manner.
2. Lubricate the hinges and adjustable sleeves annually with a lightweight oil.

1. On the second tread from the bottom of the ramp,
drill two

" holes thru plywood and tread. The hole
location should be

" from the inside of each vertical
rail channel and in the center of the tread.
2. Now secure the plywood with the 2" No. 10 machine screws, lock washer and nut.
3. Repeat step 1 and 2 for the remaining two panels.
