Description of Unit The parts on your Yield-Pro® Martin Row Cleaner have been specially designed and should only be replaced with genuine Great Plains parts.

Your machine’s parts were specially designed and should only be replaced with Great Plains parts. Always use the model number when ordering parts from your Great Plains dealer.
Operating and Assembly Instructions 5 Operating and Assembly Instructions Most accidents are the result of negligence and carelessness, usually caused by failure of the operator to follow simple but necessary safety precautions. The following safety precautions are suggested to help prevent such accidents. The safe operation of any machinery is a big concern to consumers and manufactures. Your Yield-Pro® Martin Row Cleaner has been designed with many built-in safety features.
6 Assembly Instructions NOTE: When ordering and installing YP Martin Row Cleaner and Mount, order kit by row spacing. For kit numbers, refer to page 2. For Twin Row - Order and install either YP1225 or YP1625 Single Arm Martin Row Cleaner. One kit will cover entire planter. For 30” Row Spacings - Order and install either YP1225 or YP1625 Martin Double Row Cleaner and Mount. One kit will cover entire planter. Assembly Instructions 7 12. Install equal number of left and right units on planter. 13. To complete Martin Fertilizer Coulter installation, please refer to the Installation and Adjustment Instructions included with the Martin Fertilizer Coulter Kit. NOTE: If needed, adjust furrow control lever to match selected depth level. Refer to Installation and Adjustment Instructions included with the Martin Fertilizer Coulter Kit.
8 Double Arm Row Cleaner NOTE: Double Arm Row Cleaner will not fit on Twin Row applications. For 30” Row Spacings - Order and install either YP1225 or YP1625 Martin Double Arm Row Cleaner and Mount. One kit will cover entire planter. Refer to Figure 6 1. Remove both 1/2-13 x 1 3/4 bolts and 1/2-13 lock nuts from right-hand and left-hand double arm row cleaners. 2. Attach a left-hand double arm row cleaner (1) or a right-hand double arm row cleaner to mounting plate (3).
Maintenance and Lubrication 9 Adjustments Refer to Figure 7 If it is necessary to make adjustments to the Martin Fertilizer Coulter, it will also be necessary to adjust the YP Martin Row Cleaner. NOTE: Arrows in the illustration indicate depth. Down Stop Weldment Down Stop Bar To adjust the YP Martin Row Cleaner: 1.
