PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GREAT STUFF™ Painters Latex Siliconized Acrylic Sealant Caulk
is an acrylic sealant that forms a paintable water repellent layer
after curing. Suitable for interior and exterior use. It is paintable
with 15 minutes tack free time and retains its flexibility for an
extended period of time after curing. Perfect for sealing cracks
and gaps on multiple substrates. Easy water clean up.

Cure Rate
(77ºF/25ºC and 50% R.H): 0.08 inch/24 hour
Tensile Strength at Break: ≥ 0.1 Mpa
Elongation at Break: ≥ 200%
Modulus 100 % elongation: > 0.2 Mpa
APPLICATION DETAILS
Application Temperature: 41°F to 95°F (5°C to 35°C)
Temperature Resistance: 14°F to 176°F (-10°C to 80°C)
- For best results, the surface must be clean, dry and free of dust, oil and grease, to ensure
a clean and strong adherence between the sealant and the surface.
- Cut off the cartridge tip, screw on the removable nozzle and cut tip to your desired bead size.
- Insert cartridge into caulking dispenser.
- Hold at a 45° angle and apply ahead of nozzle to achieve a smooth seal.
- Sealant normally dries to touch in 45 minutes and cures. & bonds on average 24 hours.
- Uncured product can be cleaned with water.
- Once cured, the product can be removed mechanically.
Do not use on oil leaking materials such as bituminous substrates, natural and synthetic
rubber. Do not use in applications where continous water immersion is possible.
GREAT STUFF™ Painters Latex is paintable when fully dry. However we recommend
testing compatibility with paint before application. It can be cleaned from all tools and
application equipment with water before curing. Cured material can only be removed
mechanically.

SHELF LIFE
• Store the product in a cool and dry place.
• The shelf life is 18 months from manufactured date when unopened at temperatures
between 41°F and 77°F (5°C and 25°C).
• Do not store in extreme cold, direct sunlight, and temperatures above 122°F/50ºC.
CAUTION
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Do not breathe vapors. Do not take internally. In case of eye
contact, flush thoroughly with water. In case of skin contact, flush thoroughly with water. If
breathed in, move person into fresh air. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Call a physician
immediately.
