LIMITED WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED
Trend Nation Holdings, LLC. warrants this item to be free from defects in material or workmanship for
one (1) calendar year from date of shipment to the original purchaser. At its option, Trend Nation will
repair or replace the warranted product determined to be defective, provided that the product has not
been damaged through misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, alterations, or modifications.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty shall not apply to product that is found to have been improperly installed or used in any
way not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the product. This warranty shall not apply to a
failure of the product due to misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, alterations, or modifications,
or any other failure not due to faulty material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to the
finish on any portion of the product, as this is considered normal wear and tear.
Trend Nation shall not be responsible for labor charges relating to the installation and reinstallation, nor
does this limited warranty extend to consequential damage or incidental damage or expenses, including,
without limitation, injury to persons or property or loss of use.
HOW TO ENFORCE THIS LIMITED WARRANTY
To receive a replacement or repair for the defective merchandise pursuant to this Limited Warranty you
must receive prior instructions and a return authorization number from our Customer Service
department by calling 866-806-2072 (from 8 am to 6pm pacific standard time). For the return to be
processed you must follow the rules below:
1. Item must be properly packaged when returned
2. Proof of date of purchase must be included
3. Item appears to have been defective when sold to original customer
The product must undergo a quality inspection prior to the processing of the repair or replacement.
Product evaluation can take approximately 1-2 weeks from the time the product is received at the
facility.
