Preface The Green Star LED Solaris interior lighting systems are a state-of-the-art line of products that can be configured from 48 LEDs up to 72 LEDs to comply with even the strictest lighting and energy consumption needs. It is an ideal product for indoor use in warehouses, storage facilities, covered garages as well as in any canopy applications such as gas stations and underneath bridges.

Installation Introduction: The following are instructions on mounting the Solaris luminaire on a concrete ceiling and using the mounting brackets configuration. However, this product can be installed on beams or hung from cables with slight variations. Tools: -‐ -‐ -‐ -‐ -‐ -‐ 1 7/16” wrench 1 # 10 metric wrench 1 ½” drill 1 ½” concrete drill bit 1 3/16” allen wrench 1 electrician pliers Materials: -‐ -‐ -‐ 4 concrete ram-plugs 4 ¼”x 2” screws 3 wire nuts Green Star Products Inc.
Steps: 1. Choose the mounting spot The spot must be able to hold the light’s weight and be close to the electrical installation. 2. Identify the incoming current and voltage Measure the incoming voltage and identify the cables (phase, neutral, and ground). Make sure that the light is right for this incoming voltage. All Solaris are 85VAC-285VAC. 3. Mark the spots to drill Take off the light’s mount and place it on the desired position in the ceiling. Mark those spots. Green Star Products Inc.
4. Drill the mounting holes Drill the holes in the chosen positions and insert the ram-plugs. 5. Fix the mounts. Align the mounts with the holes and insert the expansion screws. Tighten them well. Green Star Products Inc. 6900 Alamo Downs Pkwy. Ste. 120, San Antonio TX 78238 www.greenstarled.

7. Connect wiring Use wire nuts to tie the right cables (red=phase, white=neutral, and green=ground). Make sure that the ground cable is by no means connected to phase. 8.
