Activity Indicator
The Smart Plug has four operation modes that display the following patterns:
Mode Indication and Description
Unpaired
Pair your Smart Plug with your Gateway: When you plug your Smart Plug
into a power outlet, the Activity indicator starts to flash at 1Hz until it pairs with
your Gateway. The Activity indicator becomes solid green and the Smart Plug
is powered on.
Once your Smart Plug is paired, it remains paired to your Gateway, even
when unplugged. When plugged into a power outlet, the Activity indicator on
your paired Smart Plug immediately turns solid green and is powered on.
Powered Off
Activity indicator — off (no color): Smart Plug is powered off.
Powered On
Activity indicator — green: Smart Plug is powered on.
Identify Mode
Activity indicator — flashing green slowly at 0.4Hz: Smart Plug is being
configured by the mobile application or your Gateway. The identify mode
allows you to easily see which Smart Plug is being configured.
Factory Reset
Activity indicator — flashing green at 2Hz for 5 seconds: The factory
reset has started, followed by the Smart Plug entering unpaired mode. In
unpaired mode, the Activity indicator flashes green at 1Hz.
