cause you to lose control.

•Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Contain long hair. Keep your hair,
clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery, or long hair can be
caught in moving parts.

attached to a rotating part of the tool may result in personal injury.
•Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. Proper footing and balance
enable better control of the tool in unexpected situations.
TOOL USE AND CARE
•Do not use tool if switch does not turn it on or off. A tool that can not be controlled with the
switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
ALWAYS WEAR EYE PROTECTION. A Hedge Trimmer can throw foreign
objects into your eyes which could cause permanent eye damage. ALWAYS wear
safety goggles (or glasses that comply with ANSI Z87.1). Ordinary eyeglasses
have only impact-resistant lenses...they are NOT safety goggles.
