OPERATION LOADING FASTENERS LOADING NAILS DANGER A fastener can be driven unintentionally if the trigger and safety bracket are activated at the same time. Always disconnect tool from air supply before loading fasteners, making adjustments, or performing any service on tool. Keep finger off trigger until ready to drive a fastener. 1. Hold tool handgrip securely TOP LOADING 2a. Insert nail strip into TOP of magazine, with nail points angled forward and down. Slide nail strip forward. REAR LOADING 2B.
OPERATION ADJUSTING NAIL DRIVE 1. Disconnect tool from air supply using quick-connect coupling. D 2. Turn adjustment dial (D) backward toward magazine to increase nail drive, or forward toward front of tool to decrease nail drive, as shown by nail symbols on tool. 3. Connect tool to air supply, and drive nails to check for correct depth of drive. NAIL TOO HIGH TURN DIAL BACKWARD NAIL TOO DEEP TURN DIAL FORWARD 4. Make depth of drive adjustments as needed to maintain consistent nail driving.
OPERATION TOOL OPERATION SEQUENTIAL (SINGLE FIRE ) OPERATION To operate this tool in SEQUENTIAL fire mode, move the selector button on the trigger to the rear position. 1. Hold the tool securely using the handgrip. Keep finger off trigger until tool is in position and you are ready to drive a fastener. NOTE: Depressing trigger before depressing safety bracket will prevent tool from actuating. 2. Position the nose of the tool on the workpiece, placing the nose at the desired fastener driving position. 3.
MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE Your tool will last longer and perform better if periodic maintenance is performed. Please use the information below to keep your tool operating in top condition. Lubrication Disconnect tool from the air supply and remove all fasteners. Apply 2-3 drops of air tool oil (provided) in the air inlet two - three times a day. If the tool will be used outside in the winter, use a winter grade air tool oil to help keep frost from forming inside the tool.

TROUBLESHOOTING TOOL TROUBLESHOOTING Your pneumatic fastening tool has been designed for long life and trouble-free operation. However, if operating problems arise, please use the troubleshooting information below to determine how to remedy the problem. DANGER Always disconnect tool from air supply before performing any service on tool. Correcting a problem while the tool is pressurized may result in injury from fastener discharge or tool operation.
TROUBLESHOOTING FASTENER DRIVING PROBLEMS Tool operates, but no fastener is driven. Check magazine for jammed fastener. Clear jam and reload magazine. Check nail strip for smooth feeding in magazine. Tool won’t operate nail jammed in tool nose, preventing tool from operating. Remove jammed fastener. Check magazine for incorrect, bent, or loose fasteners, and discard. Reload using Grip-Rite™ nails. Tool leaks air. Check for source of leak, and tighten fittings and screws as required.

MODE D’EMPLOI CHARGEMENT DES CLOUS DANGER Un clou peut être expulsé involontairement si la gâchette et la patte de sûreté sont activées en même temps. Toujours débrancher l’outil de son alimentation en air avant de charger des clous, d’effectuer des réglages ou de procéder à l’entretien de l’outil. MODE D’EMPLOI RÉGLAGE DE L’ENFONCEMENT DES CLOUS 1. Débrancher l’outil de son alimentation en air à l’aide du raccord rapide. 2. Tourner la molette de réglage (D) en arrière pour augmenter l’enfoncement des clous ou vers l’avant de l’outil pour le réduire comme indiqué par les symboles de clous sur l’outil. 3. Raccorder l’outil à l’alimentation en air et enfoncer quelques clous pour vérifier que l’enfoncement est correct. 4. Régler l’enfoncement selon le besoin pour maintenir un clouage uniforme.

ENTRETIEN ENTRETIEN L’outil durera plus longtemps et fonctionnera mieux s’il est entretenu régulièrement. Utiliser les informations ci-dessous pour maintenir l’outil en parfait état de marche. Lubrification Débrancher l’outil de son alimentation en air et retirer tous les clous chargés. Appliquer 2 à 3 gouttes d’huile pour outils pneumatiques (fournie) dans l’entrée d’air deux ou trois fois par jour.

DÉPANNAGE PROBLÈMES DE CLOUAGE L’outil fonctionne mais n’enfonce aucun clou. Vérifier le magasin pour voir si un clou est bloqué. Débloquer le magasin et le recharger. Vérifier la bande de clous pour s’assurer que l’avance s’effectue sans à-coups dans le magasin. L’outil ne fonctionne pas - un clou est bloqué dans son nez, ce qui l’empêche de fonctionner. Enlever le clou bloqué. Vérifier le magasin pour voir s’il contient des clous incorrects, tordus ou détachés et jetez ceux-ci.

OPERACIÓN CARGA DE SUJETADORES INSTRUCCIONES DE CARGA PELIGRO Se puede fijar por accidente un sujetador si el gatillo y el soporte de seguridad se activan al mismo tiempo. Desconecte siempre la herramienta del suministro de aire antes de cargar los sujetadores, hacer ajustes o efectuar cualquier servicio en la herramienta. No ponga el dedo en el gatillo hasta que no esté listo para fijar un sujetador. 1. Sujete bien la herramienta por el mango. CARGA SUPERIOR 2a.

RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS PROBLEMAS DE FIJACIÓN DE LOS SUJETADORES La herramienta funciona, pero no se introduce ningún sujetador. Compruebe el cargador para ver si hay sujetadores atascados. Desatasque y vuelva a cargar el cargador. Compruebe la tira de clavos para efectuar una alimentación suave en el cargador. La herramienta no funciona – clavo atascado en la punta de la herramienta que impide la operación de la misma. Quite el sujetador atascado.
