Beginning Assembly
Loose hair and clothing

assembly process. DO
NOT connect the machine
to the power source until
instructed to do so.
Sharp edges on metal

injury. Examine the edges
of all metal parts before
handling.

The Model G0529 Sander mounts on a sturdy
cabinet stand.
To assemble the cabinet stand:
1. Connect all four panels together with (8)
5
⁄16" -18 x
3
/4" hex bolts, (8)
5
⁄16" lock washers,
(16)
5
⁄16" flat washers, and (8)
5
⁄16"-18 hex
nuts (see Figure 4).
2. Using the
5
⁄16" flat head screws,
5
⁄16" washers
and nuts, install (4) rubber feet, as shown in
Figure 5.
The machine must be fully assembled before it
can be operated. Before beginning the assembly
process, refer to

all
listed items. To ensure the assembly process
goes smoothly, first clean any
parts that are cov-
ered or coated in heavy-duty rust preventative (if
applicable).
