Exclusions of warranty
The warranty will not be applied in the following cases:
• Physical damage found on the handle of the saber, causing internal
malfunctions of the saber.
• Disassembly of the internal subframe not carried out by an authorised
professional approved by SOLAARI.
• Torn safety seals.
• Any breach of the defi nition of “normal use”, as intended by SOLAARI
and as explained in the corresponding section.
The blades are consumables designed to absorb impacts with other
similar blades during sports combats. The blade’s polycarbonate
will naturally suffer from normal and visual alterations. Any damage
observed on the blade that does not result from a manufacturing defect
is not covered by the warranty. It is recommended to change the blade if
it is twisted.
Failing to use SOLAARI lightsabers in compliance with the normal use
for which they have been designed automatic leads to an exclusion of
warranty.
