2.5 Fitting a cellular antenna
The antenna for the CIM 260 or CIM 280 must be
connected to the module to establish connection to
the cellular network.
External antenna
See fig. 3.
Connect the antenna cable to the SMA connection
(pos. 1) of the CIM 260 or CIM 280. The antenna
must be installed outside the control cabinet in a
position with good reception conditions. If required
by the telecom company, connect an additional
antenna.

2.6 Inserting the SIM card
Before inserting the SIM card into the CIM 260 or
CIM 280, remove the PIN code, or set it to "4321".
Procedure
1. Insert the SIM card into a mobile phone.
2. Remove the PIN code from the SIM card, or set
it
to "
4321". See the manual of the mobile phone.
3. Insert the SIM card into the CIM 260 or CIM 280.

The slanted edge of the SIM card must
