Press and hold the button to set the alarm time. The hour value will start to flash.
Setting the hour:
Use to adjust the hour value. To confirm, press .
Setting the minutes:
Use to adjust the minute value. To confirm, press .
If the flashing stops, touch again.
Nature Sounds
Press the button to set the alarm sound. Use to select a sound (1-7). Press to
confirm your selection. Sounds 1-6 will play for 5 seconds to help you choose. When 7 is selected, the
last radio station you listened to will become the wake-up sound. Press the button to adjust the
volume level (00-15).
Sunrise-Light Simulation
If the alarm time is set, the wake-up light will turn on 30 minutes before the alarm time, initially at low
brightness, but the brightness will gradually increase. At the alarm time, full brightness will be
reached. Your chosen natural sound, or the radio, will be played for 2 minutes at the alarm time.
While the Alarm is Sounding
• Touch the button to snooze the alarm for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes the alarm will play
again for 2 minutes. Press or touch any buttons except to stop the sound.
• Press and hold to turn off the wake-up light.
Setting the Sunset Time
Touch to turn sunset mode on/off. On the display, a sunset symbol will appear/disappear.
Press and hold to set the sunset time. The hour value will start to flash.
