Switching on and off
1 Press »8« to switch on the device.
– The last input source used is automatically
selected.
2 Press »8« to switch off the device.
– Display: the current time and the day of the
week.
Automatic switch-off
The device switches off automatically after 15
minutes in standby mode if:
– the device is in the stop position;
– there is no audio signal detected at the
»AUX« socket;
– the Bluetooth auxiliary devices is not sending
an audio signal.
To use the device, switch it back on.
Selecting the input source
1 Select the input source by pressing »

the device or »CD/SD/USB«, »AUX/BT« or
»DAB/FM« on the remote control.
Adjusting the volume
1 Adjust the volume with »– V +« .
– Display: briefly » VOL « from »0« to »MAX«.
Selecting sound settings
You can choose between several sound settings.
1 Select the sound setting using » DSC « on
the remote control.
– Display: » USER «, » CLASSIC «, » POP «, » JAZZ «,
» ROCK « or » UBS «.

Changing the "USER" sound set-
ting
You can change the » USER « sound setting.
1 Select the » USER « sound setting by pressing
» DSC « on the remote control.
2 Press and hold » DSC «.
– Display: » BASS 0 «.
3 Set the bass with »E« or »F« and confirm with
» DSC «.
– Display: » TRE 0 «.
4 Set the treble with »E« or »F« and confirm with
»eII OK«.
Selecting Ultra Bass System
1 Select Ultra Bass System by pressing » DSC «
on the remote control repeatedly until » UBS «
appears in the display.
Muting
You can switch the device speakers to and from
mute mode with this function.
1 Activate mute with »d« on the remote control
– Display: » MUTE «.
2 Deactivate mute with »d« on the remote con-
trol
– Display: » MUTE « disappear.
