INDIVIDUAL PARTS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The attachments and their – The tapered file allows you to treat calluses and hardened skin functions Disc File on feet and hands as well as hardened nails. It restores shape to crooked nails and alleviates painful pressure. Small tapered file – The disc file shortens and shapes the nails up to the corners. You can attain flawless nails, which no longer tear, break or splinter.
INDIVIDUAL PARTS -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Round file – Sensitive cuticles should not be cut or abraded. Use the cuticle pusher to loosen and gently push back the cuticle. Caution 7 Only use the cuticle pusher at speed »1«. – The round file can be used to treat ingrown nails. Applying it sideways, slowly grind the ingrown nail until it has been freed. Do not use the round file to remove cuticles near the nail moon.
POWER SUPPLY ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Electrical operation Operate the device with the enclosed power adapter. Check that the voltage indicated on the type plate of the adapter corresponds to your local power supply. The only way to disconnect the device from the power supply is to unplug the power supply unit. 1 Insert the power cord into the socket D on the device. 2 Plug the power adapter an electrical outlet.
OPERATION -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Nail care 1 Switch off the device by pushing the slide switch C to position »0«. 2 Remove any attachments. 3 Insert the desired attachment into the socket B until it locks into place. 4 Insert the power cord into the socket D on the device and plug the power adapter into the electrical outlet. 5 Switch on the device by pushing the slide switch C to position »1« or »2«.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE -----------------------------------Cleaning the device Caution 7 Always disconnect the power adapter and cable from the device before cleaning. Always clean the unit with a soft, slightly moist cloth and a small amount of detergent. Do not use any chemical cleaning agents. Cleaning the attachments Clean the attachments, especially the file attachments, with a brush, for example, an old tooth brush. Thoroughly remove dust and any skin residue.
