SETTINGS ______________________________________________ Automatic settings Radio-controlled clock With you built-in radio-controlled clock, you are in possession of an absolutely precise alarm and appointments clock which is automatically set to the radio-transmitted time signals of the most precise clock in the world: the atomic clock of the Physikalisch-Technischen Bundesanstalt in Braunschweig (PTB). This clock is so precise that in 1 million years a deviation of 1 second can be expected.
SETTINGS ____________________________ Manual settings Setting the clock When the device is switched on for the first time and no time signal is received the clock starts with »00:00« in the display. The same applies after a power failure, or if the device has been unplugged and no back-up batteries have been inserted. 1 Press and hold down »TIME«. 2 Press »<« or »>« briefly to set the time step-by-step or hold down to run through the hours quickly. 3 Release »TIME« to conclude the setting.
