PHONE CALLS
EMERGENCY CALL
Your LutiBand watch is prepared to initiate a call to the emergency services in case
you have an emergency situation.
To initiate an emergency call, you only have to press and hold the watch button for
more than 5 seconds and the watch will initiate the call for you, directly from the
calling service included on your watch (it is required to be nearby or connected to
any phone in order to work).
In case you decide to cancel the emergency call, just have to release the watch
button, before the 5 seconds ends.
When you start an emergency call, the watch will display the following screens:

• Because LutiBand is integrated with emergency services, as soon as
the communication is established, emergency services will be able
to see on their screen, all your personal information, such us your
actual location, biometrics at the moment and all your medical
information in case you filled your medical ID information on our
Mobile App (the integration to the emergency services, it’s only
available in USA at this time, but we are working hard to integrate
our watch in other countries shortly).
• Also, our platform will notify your emergency contacts that you are
under an emergency situation, including also your location and
biometric information.
