The "sleep" interface shows the total and deep duration of sleep
(Figure 3-2-7). The App end displays detailed sleep data, including
sleep quality, sleep duration, wake duration, sleep duration, wake
duration, deep sleep duration, shallow sleep duration, and deep
sleep duration (Figure 3-2-8)

Device side: Click the side key to slide right to "Sleep" (or press
the side key again to "Sleep").


App terminal: Open the App, connect the device, click "data
panel" and click "Sleep".
