Sync Setup
Background
The sync output signal is output from the SYNC
port on the front panel. The sync output signal is
based on either the channel 1 or channel 2 output
signals. Each periodic type of waveform output
function has an associated sync output signal.
The characteristics of the sync output depend on
the selected signal source.

Sine, Square, Pulse,
Ramp Source
For these types of waveforms,
the sync output is a square
wave pulse. The pulse is high
for the positive transition of
the waveform and low for the
negative transition. The signal
is a TTL level signal.
