SOURce[1|2]:AM:INTernal:FREQuency
{<frequency>|MINimum|MAXimum}
<frequency>
2 mHz~ 20 kHz
SOUR1:AM:INT:FREQ +1.0000E+02
Sets the modulating frequency to 100Hz.
SOURce[1|2]:AM:INTernal:FREQuency?
[MINimum|MAXimum]
<NR3>
Returns the frequency in
Hz.
SOUR1:AM:INT:FREQ? MIN

SOURce[1|2]:AM:DEPTh
Source Specific
Command
Sets or queries the modulation depth for internal
sources only. The default is 100%.
The function generator will not output more than
±5V, regardless of the modulation depth.
The modulation depth of an external source is
controlled using the ±5V MOD INPUT terminal on
the rear panel, and not the
SOURce[1|2]:AM:DEPTh command.
SOURce[1|2]:AM:DEPTh {<depth in percent>
|MINimum|MAXimum}
<depth in percent>
0~120%
SOUR1:AM:DEPT 50
Sets the modulation depth to 50%.
