socket
Fuse socket
Power cord socket accepts the AC
mains, 100 ~ 240V, 50/60Hz.
The fuse socket holds the AC main
fuse, T1A/250V.

USB slave port
Accepts a type B (slave) male USB
connector for remote control of the
oscilloscope (page 104) or to print
directly to a PictBridge compatible
printer.
Calibration
output
Outputs the calibration signal used
in vertical scale accuracy calibration
(page 134).
Security lock slot
Standard laptop security lock slot
for ensuring the security of the
GDS-1000A-U.
