Sets Channel 1~8 of scanner 1 to LOW. All other
channels are not set. (FF00000 Hex =
11111111000000000000000000000000 binary)
Note
Only applicable in the VIEW or READY status.
If a channel is set to binary 0, it can still be set to HI
using the GSB<X>:HI command.
