Battery Installation
Thisdeviceisdesignedforeasysetup.Thefollowingstepsarerequiredtobedoneinthepropersequence.Pleaseinsertbatteriesf ort he

1. Pressan dslidetoopenthebatterycovera tthebackofthe unit.Insert2AAbatteries accordingtothepolaritymarksinsidethe
batterycompartment
2. Closethebatterycover
3. Onceyouhaveproperlyinstalledthebatteries,theLCDdisplaywillshowthefulldisplayfor3secondsandenterthenormalmode
afterthebeepsound.Thetimewilldefaultto0:00andcalendartoJanuary1.Thealarmwilldefaultto0:00,theweathericonwill
defaultt opartlysunny.Thetemperaturescalewilldefaultto°C.Thetimesy stemwill defaultto24hours.

7. Afterregist rationiscompleted forsensor 1,putther ubbersealintothecovergroove,closethebatterycover,tightenthescrews,
andslideonthebracketstand.Fo llowthesameprocedureifinstallingadditionalremotesensors.
NOTE:
Aftery ouhaveplacedthesensorinther emotelocation,observethereceivingunitchan neldisplayforthatsensorafter35minutes. Ifthe
(--)dashiconisflashingforchannelone, thesignalhasbe enlost,tryrota tingthesensorin45°steps, waitforatleast3minutesafter
eachpositionchange.Observethereceivingunitchanneldisplayoneachpositiontodeterminethattheremotetemperaturedisplayhas
beenrestored,ifnot,movetheremotesensorclosertothereceivingunitorrepositionboththereceivingunitandtheremotesensoruntil
receptionisobse rved.
