PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
H&C® ENDURAPOLISH™ Clear Liquid Hardener and Densifier
is a is an amorphous colloidal silica solution designed to both
harden and densify concrete. This proprietary formulation
penetrates and reacts with concrete faster than conventional
systems and produces a harder, more uniform surface. H&C
ENDURAPOLISH Clear Liquid Hardener and Densifier
enhances stained or dyed concrete and is ideal for polished
concrete applications and can also be used as a dust proofing
agent on bare and porous concrete.

RECOMMENDED USES
H&C ENDURAPOLISH Clear Liquid Hardener and Densifier is
formulated for interior and exterior use in polished concrete
applications such as warehouses, retail outlets, distribution
centers, show rooms, airports and commercial applications.
H&C ENDURAPOLISH Clear Liquid Hardener & Densifier along
with H&C ENDURAPOLISH Lithium Protective Finish is the
ideal polishing system for interior concrete surfacers.

JOBSITE TEST SECTION
Due to the wide variety of substrates, preparation methods,
application methods and environments, it is important to
create a test sample.
LIMITATIONS
Do not apply if rain is expected in 8 hours before or after
application.
SURFACE PREPARATION
New Concrete: Freshly placed concrete should cure a
minimum of 3 days before applying the H&C®
ENDURAPOLISH™ Clear Liquid Hardener & Densifier.
Existing Concrete: All concrete must be porous, clean, dry and
free of grease, oil and other contaminates.
Deep scrub the
floor using an orbital cleaning machine and black pad.To spot
clean, use H&C® CONCRETEREADY® Cleaner Degreaser,
following label directions. If mold, mildew, or fungus is present,
kill and remove with a solution of 1 cup household bleach to 1
gallon of water. If surface has been previously painted, remove
all old, peeling, flaking paint. In addition to porosity, all
concrete requires a profile consistent with the feel of 120-grit
sandpaper.Once the surface is clean and all old coatings, paints
or sealers have been removed, grind the concrete to an initial
surface profile of 100- 200 grit. This will allow for optimum
penetration of H&C ENDURAPOLISH Clear Liquid Hardener and
Densifier.
WARNING! Removal of old paint by sanding, scraping or other means
may generate dust or fumes that contain lead. Exposure to lead dust
or fumes may cause brain damage or other adverse health effects,
especially in children or pregnant women. Controlling exposure to
lead or other hazardous substances requires the use of proper
protective equipment, such as a properly fitted respirator (NIOSH
approved) and proper containment and cleanup. For more
information, call the National Lead Information Center at 1-800-424-
LEAD (in US) or contact your local health authority.
Repair: For the best waterproofing protection on vertical
and horizontal concrete and masonry surfaces, use H&C
CONCRETEREADY Quick Patch and Repair to address spalled
concrete. Please note, patching compounds may appear
different than surrounding concrete.
