Note: The quantities below are the correct amount to complete the assembly. In some cases more fittings may be supplied than are required.

Assembly Instructions Step1 Fitting the base a: Push all the five castors into the underside of the base 6 . 7 NOTE: Ensure all the castors (8) (5) are firmly located on the base. (6) b: Insert the gas lift 5 into (7) the base 6 . Put the gaslift cover 8 on to the gaslift 5 . NOTE: Ensure the gas lift is fully inserted and well fitted. ( A) Fitting the Seat Cushion A Use bolts B to fix the seat plate 4 onto the seat 2 . Ensure the support is fitted to the seat with correct orientation.

Assembly Instructions Step 2 ( B) Fitting the Armrests Use bolts B to fix the left armrest and right armrest 3 onto the unit . NOTE: It would be useful to ask someone to help you at this stage. (4) (2) (3) (C) Step 3 Fitting the Backrest C and Use bolts C to fix the backrest 1 onto the seat plate .

Assembly Instructions Step 4 Fitting the Unit Carefully locate the seat 2 onto the base unit. (2) Step 5 Finishing the Unit Carefully place the unit in the desired location. Assembly is complete.
