DOC273.52.00145 Instruction Sheet Rail mounting hardware kit Introduction This instruction sheet describes the installation of the rail mounting kit (Cat. No. 6184900) for a 1½-in. NPT thread (45°) pipe. Items supplied are shown in Figure 1: . Rail mounting dimensions are shown in Figure 2: on page 4.
Figure 2: Dimensions Selecting the installation location Wichtiger Hinweis: Refer to the probe user manual when installing the fmounting hardware. Note all safety instructions and hazards. Hinweis: When selecting the installation location, always ensure there is safe access to all parts of the system and that the sensor will never hit the tank wall.
Wichtiger Hinweis: Ensure the sensor cable (air tubing) cannot be rubbed, crushed or cut. 5. Fit the screw top (Figure 9: or Figure 10: on page 10). 6. Pivot the immersed pipe over the edge of the tank and align all parts. Hinweis: Align the sensor to the process flow so that the flow arrives at the rear. 7. Tighten all bolts.
