Memory Function The Shadiness Variable Temperature Kettle offers a convenient memory function when the kettle is in Keep Warm state. In the Keep Warm state, lift the kettle off the power base and replace it back on the power base within 20 seconds, the kettle will remain to Keep Warm state. If the kettle off the power base for more than 20 seconds, the Keep Warm function will be canceled.
Operating Your Variable Temperature Kettle Before First Use Remove and safely discard any packaging material or promotional labels attached to your kettle.
NOTE: If the START/CANCEL button Is pressed (before selecting a temperature button), the START /CANCEL button will Illuminate In blue and the 212 T button will flash In blue and the kettle will start heating. 3.Select the desired water temperature by pressing one of the six variable Fahrenheit temperature buttons (160°F, 175°F, 185°F, 190°F, 200°F, 212°F). Safety boil dry protection The kettle is fitted with a safety device, which protects against overheating should the appliance be operated with insufficient water.
