3.2.7.1.7 Broadcast
Allow you to select ‘On’ or ‘Off’ option. If you select 'On' option, you can receive
broadcasted messages. Service providers usually advertise to all subscribers
on new schemes, tariffs, or special offers through broadcasted messages.
3.2.7.1.8 Delivery ack
You can choose On or Off to set the status of the message you have sent, if
you select On, you will receive a message with the information that you have
successfully sent the message
Note: The network determines whether this function is effective or not.
3.2.7.1,9 Storage device
You can select storage device in which the SMS can be stored in RUIM, phone,
RUIM and phone.
3.2.7.2 GSM setting
3.2.7.2.1 Auto save
Allow you to select ‘On’ or ‘Off’ option. If you select 'On' option, your phone will
save the sent or unsent messages in the Outbox.
3.2.7.2.2 Status report
3.2.7.2.3 Validity period
Allow you to select '1 hour', '12 hours', '1 day', '1 week', 'max' options. You
can set the validity period for your messages, that is, how long they should be
available to the receiver.
3.2.7.2.4 Service center
You should input service center number first before you send message from
GSM network. And you can get the number from the network service provider.
3.2.8 Multimedia box
When you receive a new ringtone., the new ringtone-prompting icon will be
displayed on the screen.
Enter the multimedia box , you can do the corresponding operations as follow.
3.2.8.1 Ringtone
When you receive a new ringtone, you can access the following operations.
z You can press up/down navigation key to highlight the ringtone you wish to
view.
z Press
key, you can choose to access the following options:
3.2.8..1.1 Play
Allow you to play the ringtone.
3.2.8 .1.2 Rename
Allow you to edit a new name for the selected ringtone.
