If an error code appears, please press the power button to get rid of it. If it keeps ap-
pearing, pull out the power plug and contact customer service.
In case you are asked to contact the customer service: Note the troubleshooting mes-
sage and refer to “CUSTOMER SERVICE“.

Short or broken circuit of the low temperature
sensor.
Please contact the after sales ser-
vices to change the sensor.
F4
Short or broken circuit of the sensor in the upper
compartment.
F5
Short or broken circuit of the sensor in the lower
compartment.
H1
The appliance gives a high-temperature warning
when the upper compartment’s temperature has
been higher than 25 °C for 3 hours.
Ambient temperature is too high.
The appliance working temperature
should be between 16 °C and 38 °C.
H2
The appliance gives a high-temperature warning
when the lower compartment’s temperature has
been higher than 25 °C for 3 hours.
L1
The compressor stops working when the tem-
perature of the upper compartment is lower than
0 °C. The low-temperature warning is given when
the temperature has been lower than 0 °C for 2
hours.
Ambient temperature is too low.
The appliance working temperature
should be between 16 °C and 38 °C.
L2
The compressor stops working when the tem-
perature of the lower compartment is lower than
0 °C. The low-temperature warning is given when
the temperature has been lower than 0 °C for 2
hours.
10.1 Troubleshooting with display code
You can solve many occuring problems yourself without specic expertise. In case of a
problem please check all shown possibilities and follow below instructions before contact-
ing an after sales service. See CUSTOMER SERVICE.
WARNING!
Before maintenance, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from
the mains socket.
Electrical equipment should be serviced only by qualied electrical experts, because
improper repairs can cause considerable consequential damages.
A damaged supply should only be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
