TROUBLESHOOTING
If Halio Wireless Range Extender becomes unresponsive with
no LED activity, it has likely lost power.
Check Power
To check power:
1. Check the power supply has not become unplugged or is
not somehow switched off.
2. Check the power wiring has not somehow become
disconnected at the wiring terminals.
3. Use a multi-meter to confirm the voltage being supplied
to the Wireless Range Extender (12 48VDC).
If LEDs blink but commands appear unresponsive, it may be
useful to reboot the device using the reset button.
Device Reboot
To reboot the Tint Selector:
1. Remove the cover plate to access the reset button
2. Click the Reset button using a pen or paperclip.
3. LEDs will blink as the device restarts and rejoins the
wireless mesh network.

which the receiver is connected.
Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
The transmitter must not be co-located or operated in conjunction with any
other antenna or transmitter. This equipment complies with the FCC RF
radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This
equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of
20cm between the radiator and any part of your body.
Note that changes or modifications not expressly approved by Kinestral
Technologies could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
