What is included in this warranty?
• Any defect in materials or workmanship in the manufactured product.
• During the warranty period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement
of this product or any component found to be defective, at our option.
• This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other
warranty or condition.
What is excluded from this warranty?
• All costs associated with returning the product to PRS as well as our
returning a product or component to under this warranty to you.
• Service trips to your home to teach you how to use the product.
• Improper installation.
• Failure of the product if it is abused, misused, altered or used in any manner
not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.
• Products that are used for other than single-family household use or
subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as specifi ed on the rating
label (e.g., 120V~60Hz.).
• Replacement of house fuses or resetting of circuit breakers.
• Damage to the product caused by accident, fi re, fl oods or acts of God.
• Any unauthorized service to the product.
• All claims for incidental or consequential damage caused by breach of ex
press or implied warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on incidental
or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
• All liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price.
How long is the warranty period?
• 1 year from date of purchase.

• Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied
warranties or special, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty
gives you specifi c legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state or province to province.
• Every implied warranty, including any statutory warranty or condition of
merchantability or fi tness for a particular purpose, is disclaimed except to
the extent prohibited by law, in which case such warranty or condition is
limited to the duration of this written warranty.
• This warranty is extended to the original purchaser or gift recipient only
for products purchased for household use within the country of purchase.
• Keep the original sales receipt, as proof of purchase is required to make
warranty claim.
