KEYBOARD SPLIT, OCTAVE SHIFT
e SK1 normal range is the UPPER Keyboard. A split is optional to place the
LOWER keyboard voices on the left side of the single keyboard.
e keyboard can be shifted up or down one octave to facilitate easier play.
[SPLIT] button (only on the SK1)
Press to split the keyboard, and the light will go ON.
NOTE: You can set the split point. (P. 108)
[OCTAVE] buttons
Raises or Lowers each part by one octave.
w To raise UPPER by one octave, press the [UP] button.
w To lower UPPER by one octave, press the [DOWN] button.
w To raise LOWER by one octave, press the [UP] button, holding down the
[LOWER] button.
w To lower LOWER by one octave, press the [DOWN] button, holding down the
[LOWER] button.
Octave of LOWER is at “+1”.
When changing octaves here, the status of the Octave is briefly shown on the display.
[LOWER to PEDAL] button (only on the SK2)
Allows whatever sounds that are registered on the LOWER Part to be played on the
PEDAL part as well. To use this function, press this button and turn the light ON.
NOTE: You can change the upper limit playing range of ‘Lower to Pedal’. (P. 108)
