Installation

Preparing the mounting plate

□ Loosely thread the screws (CC) and the hex nuts (DD) onto

the swivel mounting plate (BB).

□ You now need to adjust the screw length according to the

xture canopy depth.

Installing the mounting plate

□ Attach this assembly to the outlet box using the mounting

screws supplied with the outlet box (not provided). Tighten

the mounting screws securely.

□ Lift up the xture to the mounting surface and pass the

screws (CC) through the two mounting holes in the xture

canopy. While holding the xture with one hand, thread the

screws (CC) in or out of the swivel mounting plate (BB) until

3/16 in. of threads are showing. That should be enough to

mount the xture as instructed in step 4.

□ Next, take the xture down and tighten the hex nuts (DD)

up against the swivel mounting plate (BB). You now should

have the correct length of threads for mounting the xture.
