Exclusions – Furniture Division
Paciﬁc Casual LLC (Paciﬁc Casual) warrants, to the original retail purchaser only, our products to be free
from defects in materials or workmanship for the period speciﬁed above. Defecve products must be
returned or shipped prepaid with proof of purchase to the Paciﬁc Casual warehouse in California (freight
collect will be refused). Prior to returning any Paciﬁc Casual product or parts for warranty inspecon,
the original retail purchaser must obtain wrien authorizaon from a Paciﬁc Casual customer service
the phone number listed below or by wring to the Paciﬁc Casual customer service
department listed below.
Aer inspecon, if it is veriﬁed the unit was defecve in materials or workmanship during the warranty
period then Paciﬁc Casual will, at its opon, repair or replace this product at no addional charge. If the
model is no longer available or cannot be repaired eﬀecvely, Paciﬁc Casual reserves the right to
substute items of our choice similar in style and quality. In no event shall Paciﬁc Casual's responsibility
xceed the value of the replacement product.
This warranty excludes the following: general frame rusng; glass breakage; acts of nature (i.e. wind, ﬁre
or freeze); damage caused by improper assembly, accident, disaster, misuse, abuse, negligence and
commercial use; discoloraon or fading of the ﬁnish or fabric as a result of exposure to the elements.
As some states do not allow exclusions or limitaons on an implied warranty, the above exclusions and
limitaons may not apply. This warranty gives you speciﬁc rights, and you may also have other rights
vary from state to state.
