INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Turn off power at main fuse box.
2. While depressing cable restraint (9) on pendant canopy (7), push or pull on cable
depending if you want to raise or lower your height. Do this adjustment prior to
installation.
3. Re-attach the cable stopper (which is located at the end of the suspension cable) at
the new height. This is an added safety precaution.
4. Push excess clear cord up into canopy (7), leaving a little slack to form an “S”
pattern within the strain relief (8) by unfastening the wire restraint (11) mounted on
canopy (7), and then refasten wire restraint (11) once proper wire length is achieved.
5. Install universal cross bar (3) to junction box (1) with 2 outlet box screws (5)
supplied.
6. Fasten open end of ground wire (bare copper or green wire) to ground wire or
ground screw of junction box (1) or ground screw (6) on universal cross bar (3).
(See Fig. 1)
7. Connect black wire of power supply to the wire of the chandelier marked in
Black (coded at the tip) and connect white wire of power supply to the wire of the
chandelier left in clear or marked in White (coded at the tip).
NOTE: All wire connections should be made with wire nuts or marrettes (included)
and pushed back into junction box (1). (See Fig. 1)
8. Mount canopy (7) of pendant the mounting screws (4) on the universal cross bar (3)
and secure with nishing nut (10).
