Pre-Assembly PLANNING ASSEMBLY Read all instructions before assembly. To avoid damaging this product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive surface, such as carpet or cardboard. NOTE: You can use a 100-Watt maximum 3-way type “A”bulb (not included) or 14.5-Watt maximum 3-way LED bulb (included).
Assembly 1 Ƒ Ƒ Connecting the lower tube to the base 2 Connecting the remaining tubes Ƒ Ƒ Ƒ Pull the excess power cord (L) through the base (K). Tighten the lower tube (J) onto the base (K). Pull the excess power cord (L) through the base (K). Tighten the middle tube (I) onto the lower tube (J). Tighten the upper tube (H) onto the middle tube (I). NOTE: Do not twist the power cord (L). Assembly (continued) 3 Ƒ Ƒ Connecting the small tube and handle to the arm assembly 4 Ƒ Tighten the small tube (E) onto the arm assembly (A). Insert the handle (D) into the arm assembly (A) as shown and secure the two hex screws (G) by using the hex wrench (F). Connecting the small tube, handle and arm assembly to the upper tube Insert the small tube (E) into the upper tube (H) as shown and secure the three hex screws (G) by using the hex wrench (F). NOTE: Do not twist the power cord (L).
Care and Cleaning Ƒ Ƒ Use a dry, soft cloth to dust or wipe carefully. Do not clean with abrasive materials, bleach, or solvents. Troubleshooting Problem Possible Cause The bulb will not light. The bulb is burned out. Replace the light bulb. The power is off. Ensure the power supply is turned on. The cord is not plugged in. Ensure the cord is plugged into an outlet. The circuit breaker is off. Ensure the circuit breaker is set in the “ON” position. There is an exposed wire.

Ensamblaje 1 Ƒ Ƒ Conectando el tubo inferior a la base 2 Conectando los tubos restantes Ƒ Hale el exceso del cable de alimentación (L) a través de la base (K). Apriete el tubo inferior (J) a la base (K). Ƒ Ƒ Hale el exceso del cable de alimentacion (L) a través de la base (K). Apriete el tubo intermedio (I) en el tubo inferior (J).
