Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Solution

Make sure the replace is plugged in
to a standard 120V outlet.
Check additional appliances on the
circuit; ideally the replace should be
on a dedicated 15-amp circuit.

Unplug the unit. Clear the vent area of
dust and debris. Wait ten minutes, plug
the unit in again and turn on the heater.

Open the back of the rebox and reposition the ame
reector shaft. Turn off the unit prior to servicing.
