2. Hanger bracket

3. Canopy

4. Canopy cover

5. Downrod assembly

6. Coupling cover

7. Fan motor assembly

8. Blade holders (5)

9. Blade medallions (5)

10. Glass Shade

11. 100W Halogen bulb

12. Hand held remote with (2) screws and holder

13. Receiver with 6 wire nuts

14. Balancing kit

a. Mounting hardware:

Wire nuts (3)

b. Blade attachment hardware:

Screws (16). Rubber washers (16)

c. Blade holder hardware:

Screws with lock washers (11)
