ONE (1) - YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
V-T Industries Inc. (“V-T Industries”) warrants that, under normal use and service, all products manufactured by V-T
Industries shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale
in the United States to the first consumer purchaser for installation in the United States. This is the exclusive warran-
ty for such products. In the event that a V-T Industries product does not conform as warranted, the purchaser’s sole
remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement of all or any part of the product (at V-T Industries’ sole discretion)
that does not conform.
This limited warranty applies only to a product in its original installation and only if purchased by the first
consumer purchaser. This limited warranty is not transferable, and expires upon resale or transfer by the first
consumer purchaser.
This limited warranty shall not apply to defects or damage arising from any of the following: (1) accidents, abuse
or misuse; (2) exposure to temperature in excess of 200°F; (3) improper fabrication or installation; or (4) improper
maintenance including damage from abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
The following costs and expenses are not covered by the provisions of this limited warranty: (1) costs for the removal
and reinstallation of the products; (2) shipping and freight expenses required to return the products to V-T Industries;
(3) normal maintenance; and (4) economic losses.
NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, ARE MADE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
SHALL V-T INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE PURCHASE, USE OR INABILITY
TO USE ITS PRODUCTS, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
NO DEALER, DISTRIBUTOR, FABRICATOR, INSTALLER, AGENT OR EMPLOYEE OF V-T INDUSTRIES HAS THE AU-
THORITY TO ADD TO OR MODIFY THE OBLIGATIONS OR LIMITATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
THE FIRST CONSUMER PURCHASER’S EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE REMEDY ON ACCOUNT OF, OR IN RESPECT OF, THE
PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT CONFORM TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WILL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE
PRODUCTS, AT V-T INDUSTRIES’ OPTION. IN NO EVENT WILL V-T INDUSTRIES’ MAXIMUM LIABILITY EXCEED THE
AMOUNT PAID FOR THE NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT ONLY EXCLUSIVE OF FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION
COSTS.
To make a claim under this limited warranty, contact your original distributor, dealer or fabricator promptly (but in
no event more than one (1) year after the date of your purchase), and if you need other assistance, contact:

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state;
therefore, some of the limitations stated above may not apply to you. It is to your benefit to save your documen-
tation upon purchase of a product. Evidence of purchase date is required for coverage under this limited warranty.
