IMPORTANT: The switch cup has an access hole (ZZ) to allow the screwdriver to reach the screws in the blade bracket. Position the blade bracket on the motor and tighten by inserting the screwdriver through the access hole (ZZ).

Speed setting for warm or cool weather depends on factors such as the room size, ceiling height, number of fans and so on. The fan is shipped from the factory with the reversing switch (XX) positioned to circulate air downward.
