Attaching the light kit to
the switch housing cover
□ Remove the switch housing cover (QQ) from the
switch housing. Remove and discard the center plug
from the switch housing cover (QQ).
□ Attach the light kit (I) to the switch housing cover
(QQ) by feeding the light kit wires (black and white)
through the hole of switch housing cover (QQ) and
then screw it onto the switch housing cover (QQ)
using the nut (JJ) and lock washer (KK).
□ Be sure it is tight enough to prevent the light kit (I)
from vibrating loose.

Attaching the light kit to
the switch housing
□ While holding the light kit (I) under your fan motor
assembly (F), locate two single white and blue wires
in the switch housing labeled "FOR LIGHT". Make the
polarized plug connections:
- White to white
- Blue to black
□ Carefully push all wires back into the switch housing.
Install the light kit assembly (I) onto the switch
housing with the three light kit mounting screws (II)
provided. Be sure to tighten all screws.

CAUTION: Before starting installation, disconnect the
power by turning off the circuit breaker or removing the fuse
at the fuse box. Turning power off using the fan switch is not
sufficient to prevent electric shock.
