TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AND INSERT SUPPORT TUBE INTO THE SWIVEL BASE
Turn the chair right side up.
Once all of the bolts are in place, fully tighten all the bolts using the hex wrench (CC) and wrench (DD).
Insert the support tube (E) into the swivel base (F).
