Problem Solution
The light will not turn on.
Make sure the power supply is on.
Test or replace the switch.
Check the wiring.
Check the CCT switch to ensure that it is not stuck
between CCT settings.
The light glows when the switch is off.
The hot and neutral wire connections are reversed at
the fixture or switch. See “Connecting the wires”
section on page 5.
The fuse blows or circuit breaker trips when light is turned on. Check the wire connections
