Pre-Installation PLANNING INSTALLATION Read all instructions before assembly and installation of product. To avoid damaging this product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive surface, such as carpet or cardboard. Inspect each part for defects that may have occurred during shipping. Keep your receipt and these instructions for proof of purchase.

Installation 1 Remove the mounting plate the electrical connections 3 Making Unlock the Mounting Screws (DD) from the Mounting Plate (BB), remove the Mounting Plate (BB) from the Lamp Body (A). NOTE: Always use wire nuts (AA) or marrettes (included) to connect wires and push all excess wires and connections back into the junction box. Connect the ground wire from the branch circuit to the Green Ground Screw (EE) on the Mounting Plate (BB) and add 6 in. for the ground connection.

Installation(continued) 4 Installing the lamp body 6 Installing the bulbs Attach the Lamp Body (A) to the Mounting Plate (BB), Align the holes on the Lamp Body (A) with those on the side of the Mounting Plate (BB) and secure with the Mounting Screws (DD). CAUTION: Oil from fingers will decrease the life of the 4.5W LED G16.5 bulbs (included). With a tissue or glove (not included), install 4.5W LED G16.5 Bulbs (D) into each socket of the Lamp Body (A).

Care and Cleaning Clean the light fixture carefully with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any cleaner with chemicals, solvents, or harsh abrasives. Troubleshooting Problem The bulb will not light. The fuse blows or the circuit breaker trips when the light is turned on. Possible Cause Solution The bulb is burned out. Replace the light bulb. The power is off. Ensure that the power supply is turned on. The circuit breaker is off. Ensure that the circuit breaker is set to the ON position.
