INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR

PULL OUT TRAY 30”

1. Identify assembly components to be used. (Spacers (4), Screws (12)).

2. In the interior side cabinets, draw a straight line from the front to the back of the cabinet

2” above the bottom of the cabinet.

3. For the right rail installation, place 4 marks all from front of cabinet:

a. First mark at 7/8”

b. Second mark at 2 ⅛”

c. Third mark at 12 ¾ ”

d. Fourth mark at 14”

4. Using a 3/16” bit, drill the holes on the marks and drill ½” deep.

5. Place the spacers on the right side and attach them by using 2 screws per spacer, place the

rail on top of them and attach the rail to the spacer.

6. To install left side rails, repeat from steps 3 to 5.

7. Insert the drawer box into the rails.

En la parte interior del lateral del gabinete, dibuje una línea recta iniciando en la parte frontal del gabinete hasta la parte trasera, 2” por encima de la base del gabinete. 3. Para la instalación del riel derecho, dibuje 4 marcas tomando como referencia el frente del gabinete: a. Primera marca a 7/8” b. Segunda marca a 2 ⅛” c. Tercer marca a 12 ¾” d. Cuarta marca a 14” 4.
